Preston and Ralph are splitting their earnings 50/50, even though Preston does all of the installing (faster and better than Ralph - it was inspected by the boss) and Ralph gets the job ready by cutting the track if it needs it, handing Preston the tools, basically being Preston's helper.
For those of you who don't know... they install hurricane shutters.
Betty is my problem! She spends her check (avg. about $4000/mo) on some bills when she feels like it, but she blows through it on crap, especially on her oldest son, Alan.
She bought him an $800 pure-bread pug, bailed him out of jail numerous times, let's him and his stupid girlfriend live there for free. She bought a $300 canopy (12x12) for her 12x14 back "patio." Ralph's sister, Donna, has been living there for 6 or 7 months, she's not paying for anything, she's not even supporting her own 2 pk/day smoking habit.
Betty just bought Alan a car for $1000, then made Ralph work weekends to make it up. She doesn't talk to him about it before she spends money, she just does what she wants - THEN puts the guilt trip on Ralph to make up the spent money, expecting him to fix her money issues.
The absolute worst thing she did, so far:
Preston lived w/ them years ago, he worked w/ Ralph and everything was going good. Preston had a talk w/ Ralph and Betty and they all decided to have Betty hold his money so it would be easier to save money to move out on his own.
Ralph and Betty ended up moving from their apartment and taking over the payments for a house from a friend of their's. By the time Preston had a little over $2000 saved, he found a place and asked Betty for his money... she just looked at him w/ a blank look and said,
"What are you talking about, what money?"
Like he knew they used it. Preston said,
"Uh... my 2 grand you're holding for me, where is it?"
"Oh, we needed it to move into this house." She said it like it was discussed, like it was no problem, like it was her right to use it.
She has issues w/ her own rights w/ stuff that isn't hers - like Grace... but that's a different story - they had huge blow-outs about Betty trying to take over raising Grace. It's like she thinks, if it's in her house, it's her's to do with what she wants - BITCH!
I have never used this word as describing someone, rather just they way they act... but in this case:
BETTY IS A FUCKING SELFISH, MONEY-GRUBBING, CONRTOLLING
CUNT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
